Certain items, such as custom or personalized orders and clearance sale items, are exempt from returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Sales and Discounts: Products on sale or discount are not eligible for return or refund.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
