Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as custom or personalized orders and clearance sale items, are exempt from returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Sales and Discounts: Products on sale or discount are not eligible for return or refund.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted. This typically applies to items that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error.
